During the first month, you will build a ROCK SOLID knowledge of Nutrition and start dialing in your nutrition goals. The nutrition world is filled with misinformation and conflicting ideas. In 8 modules, you will learn about the evidence-based principles I use as a Lifestyle Medicine physician. These are not someone's opinion. They are practical tools that drive results. GET READY to uplevel your nutrition game and feel confident in the choices you are making to fuel your body and mind.
Fitness & Movement
During the second month, you will learn how to become the CEO of your body - a body that is meant to be strong, healthy and resilient. Most people on our planet are struggling with chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Just because this is what we see every day does not mean that this is the natural state of your body.
Physical health and fitness are YOUR BIRTHRIGHT. You will learn about how fitness fights disease, and develop personalized goals for the types and amount of physical activity that will optimize your body, and boost your energy!
Mindset & Habits
A mind once stretched through growth can never return to its original form. The third month is all about Mindset!
Do you know what keeps most patients I treat as an MD from achieving their lifestyle goals? A mind and habits that do not support their consistent growth. That's why this component of the course is truly the KEY to your transformation.
You will start incorporating fundamental mindset shifts to lock in your habits and develop resilience (aka become kick-ass!). These evidence-based mindset shifts range from positive psychology to priming your brain for a growth mindset.

- Understand how to use Food as Medicine to prevent, treat and reverse diabetes and other chronic diseases
- Learn about how to optimally prepare food and the types of food processing that contribute to disease
- Explore the concept of Eating Mindfully
- Understand what macronutrients are and how much of each you should be consuming
- Learn about the benefits of whole grains versus refined carbs and start incorporating these into your daily life
- Understand the concept of micronutrient density and start adding the most nutrient dense food to your diet
- Understand which fats are healthy and where to get them
- Explore whether added oil should be part of your diet
- Learn about which foods contribute to Hypertension, Cholesterol and Cancer, and conversely, how to prevent and treat these diseases with food & lifestyle choices

- Explore the different methods of locking in healthy habits, including habit stacking, triggers for relapse into old habits, and ways to deal with habits when you are traveling or sick
- Have a roadmap for building several NEW habits into your life
- Explore ways of making sure your habits stick! Including how to modify your environment and find supports & accountability
- Learn how to adopt a GROWTH Mindset instead of falling prey to a fixed mindset
- Explore how to reframe old narratives & stories
- Understand how to take ownership of your life & identify your strengths
- Incorporate a new set of skills to become the CEO of your life, including working with a mastermind group, finding mentors and reverse engineering your goals

About your Fearless Leader
Dr. Silvia is a Toronto-based MD board certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Silvia's soul mission is to INSPIRE, EDUCATE and EMPOWER women to step into their full power. Her passion is to help women lock in the healthy lifestyle habits to build the foundation for their success. Silvia has been plant-based for the past 4 years and it has 100% transformed her life in so many beautiful and unimaginable ways.
Silvia has over 15 years experience as an MD treating patients with chronic lifestyle diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. She holds a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and has completed the Culinary Rx program.
Silvia graduated from Cornell University with a double major in English & Biology, and completed her medical training at the University of Toronto and Harvard Medical School.
